[Athen] Keynote speaker search: Anyone familiar of Dr. Jonathan Lazar

Hello All:

I came across this person as a guest blogger on disability.gov (
http://blog.govdelivery.com/usodep/); looking at his web page (
http://triton.towson.edu/~jlazar/), he seems to have a very interesting
background - teaches classes, writes books, conducts studies on universal
design and accessibility. He received a Bolotin Award from NFB (press
release: http://www.towson.edu/main/abouttu/newsroom/lazar071210.asp). You
can hear the 2.5 minute introduction at the award ceremony

Introduction starts at the 20:00 minute mark. His short acceptance starts at
22:30.
