[Athen] suggestions for university web accessibility guidelines/policy

Hello All:

We're in the process of working with our campus web communications on
revamping and updating our (very old) campus web accessibility guidelines
(with the aim of eventually making these into campus policy).

Michigan State University looks like it has a good policy and associated
website. Anyone know of any particularly good universities to emulate?
