[Athen] ZoomText and Dragon clashing?

I had the same error when I first installed DNS.  To fix this, reinstall the MSA speech pack from Microsoft.

Anyone know if having the latest ZoomText Magnfier/Reader and Dragon 11 on the same machine will clash?  Dragon won't start up and says it cannot find c:\windows\speech\vcmd.exe

It was bad enough dealing with ZoomText and JAWS...been searching online and finding zilch.
