Subject: [Athen] Repost: accessible math book

Greetings,
This fall a student who is blind will be taking an algebra class,
using Beginning Algebra, 11e, Lial, by Pearson/Addison-Wesley.
The only alternate form of the book available from the publisher is PDF.
Is anybody working or will be working with this textbook? (The student
prefers math to be in Braille. She has a Braille notetaker.)
If anyone would like to offer some advice or alternative options to
consider, I would greatly appreciate it. You can contact me off the
listserv if you like.

Thanks,
