[Athen] Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS)

Does anyone happen to know of issues when using ZoomText and Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) together? I have a colleague who has to restart his computer every day the first time he runs SEVIS. After that it works. SEVIS is a web based database and he is using FireFox.
