[Athen] SNAIL - Reading Braille Aloud

Wonder if anyone has heard of SNAIL - reading braille aloud tool and or
tried it?  I have not found anyone selling it.

works, great tool for teaching braille, for marking documents, for teachers
to read braille written by students.  I have tried to find Wonkook Lee, the
developer of the tool but have not been successful as yet.  I am curous if
it would also verbalize Nemeth.
