[Athen] desktop microphone for Dragon NS

Hello,

Do you have any recommendations on a desktop microphone that is compatible with Dragon Naturally Speaking and Windows 7?  I'm working with a college student with a C5 spinal cord injury who would like to use Dragon for typing papers.  The cord from a headset mic often gets tangled in his wheelchair and he sometimes has difficulty putting on a wireless headset due to limited wrist movement.  Thank you for your help!
