[Athen] desktop microphone for Dragon NS

I've had success with the Buddy UGoosneck Mic. It has a 36 inch
gooseneck that clamps to the end of a desk. I got one for an employee
back in May and it has worked great. The person can position it
however they want and need to be 6 inches from the mic for it to pick
up their voice.
