[Athen] Mobile CART captioning system?

ATHEN:

Checking to see if anyone has found a commercially available or has set 
up a mobile system for a CART captioning provider so that the captioner 
can follow a group and have minimal/no setup time when moving frequently 
from place to place (e.g. during a tour).

We are also looking at using mobile/remote technologies, but may not 
always have a reliable wifi or 3G/4G internet connection.
