Hi Wink,

We have been exploring the same type of technology. It looks like TextAloud and NaturalReader have Arabic voices available as well....

Subject: [Athen] technology support for Arabic

Hi all Athenites,

A student on the campus told me today that she would like to take Arabic and asked if there is any text-to-speech technology available in Arabic. The campus has an open site license for Read and Write Gold, but I can't find any support for Arabic.

It's entirely possible there may be some technology available in the Apple environment.

Anybody there know the answer? Any directions you could point me towards?

Thanks in advance,

Wink
