[Athen] RE: noise reduction/white noise headphones

Hi Cindy - We just purchased some Califone NC500TFC noise cancelling headphones for use in testing labs & for students needing low-distraction environments.  

We don't have student feedback yet since the headphones just arrived, but I personally like them a lot!  I use them sometimes when my shared office gets too loud & distracting.  Sounds are audible but muffled and seem as though they're coming from a great distance.
