Position: Coordinator, Assistive Technology Services (A/P, term)
Responsibilities: The person in this position insures delivery of mandated
accommodations (especially electronic and otherwise adapted text and course
materials to students) and determines the eligibility of services for
students and to ensure their delivery. Acts on the Director's behalf as
requested.
Qualifications: A Master's Degree in Rehabilitation, Special Education or
Technology related field plus three years' experience in computer networking
and assistive technology is required. Knowledge about accessible website
design also needed.
Effective Date of Appointment: January 2, 2013
Application Deadline: October 15, 2012 or until filled
Application Procedure/Contact Person: Submit a letter of application
describing interest and qualifications for the position, resume, and a list
