[Athen] Swedish Raised-Line Drawing Kit?

    * Hi all,
    * Here's an odd one for you...:

says there's a raised-line drawing kit from 
Sweden that's much much better than the Sewell 
kit I've known since I was a kid. However, the 
"Swedish Organization of the Blind" doesn't seem 
to exist by that name. YES! I tried "Svenska
    * Handikappidrottsförbundet"..., but it & 
other sites that sounded promising have gone off 
the air (Swedish Deafblind Assoc., for example). Epic Felaktig Länk!

So... Has anyone heard of these Swedish drawing 
kits, & are they available anywhere?
