[Athen] Accessible Career Services Software for Higher Ed?

Dear Colleagues,

Are there career services software packages for higher education that you would consider accessible?      We have CareerBridge, but have deemed it difficult (and in some areas impossible) to navigate with a screen reader.    I have been asked to scope out other career software purchased by other universities that are accessible.   OR - if you are also using CareerBridge, has your experience been the same?   Are there accessibility tips that we might be missing?
