[Athen] computer problem help

Hi:

I have a computer problem and wonder if anyone else has had it also. It 
could be windows 7 or JAWS.

When I open up a folder and arrow down, JAWS reads the folder names and ai 
can go back up the list.
When I reach the first actual file, JAWS reads and it locks. It says 
somethiing like folder books not responding.

If anyone has ideas, I'll be happy to try it.
