[Athen] JAWS Braille Viewer

Hi Patrick,

We have a deaf/blind student enrolled in a couple of courses that make
extensive use of online tools. I (and our Help Desk) are wanting to be
better able to assess and/or simulate what that user is experiencing
on their Braille device, in order to provide better support.
