There are a number of places to purchase for very little.  [that's what we would probably do.  Just whip out the "company" credit card.]

On their permissions web page, it looks like what Penguin does is to grant permission to produce in alternate format, but, they may also provide PDF's?  My guess is that you have already checked with them.

I'm coming up empty from AMX, Bookshare, ATN, etc. Anyone happen to have this?  I'll take any format at this point...
