[Athen] Alternate format law for New Jersey?

Hello all,

Does New Jersey have an alternate format law for publishers similar to state laws like California's AB 422 (now CA Education Code 67302)?

I am trying to find out if New Jersey has one of those state laws that requires publishers to provide accessible e-text versions.
