Is there a guide to using Google Docs so I can have it on hand as a
reference?

Hi Karen,

Pressing escape will get you out of full screen mode.

To see older versions of the file, in the File menu there is Show Revision
History. That brings up a list of older versions which the user can view. If
they see one they want to restore, there is a "Restore this revision" link
next to each revision listing.
