accessibility with a new perspective that focuses on the user 
experience and practicality, while using guidelines, tools,

and techniques to help us achieve high levels of accessibility.
Should we focus on the technical features of the Web page or strive 
to improve the experience of the user? Both are

important of course, but improving the user's experience is the 
utmost priority.
