[Athen] RE: Grad students and alternate formats

Hi, Shahida.  For us, it makes no difference what level a student is (grad, undergrad, certificate program, etc.) - if they need materials to have access to their academic program, then we provide that access.  It's true that grad students may have more extensive reading/research needs than undergrads, but that just means we sometimes have to work more closely with the students as well as plan on allocating more resources to the production and organization needs.
