Liz,

Does this potential use of Illustrator have some vision? If so, seems
like something like ZoomText or Magic with reader fuctionality would be a
better way to go.

If no vision, I can't easily imagine how they'll use Illustrator just by
listening to JAWS feedback of menu items.
