[Athen] Lab Polices for adaptive/assistive lab

Ron, we've addressed this issue already on our campus; "swipe card" is a general reference term.

What I'm looking for is lab usage policies for students. Behavior, usage of equipment, etiquette, those sorts of things.

So what do you do when they can't use a swipe card? A better practice is to use a proximity key which can be in a smart card, or a fob.
