[Athen] youtube captioning question

Thanks Doug. I made that change. So far I don't see any changes in the
captioning options but we'll see.

Seems like you also don't have the choice for requesting automatic
captioning on other videos. For example, the clip on David Letterman's
retirement (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5sVI_-LRCI) doesn't have
captioning and there's no option - as far as I can see - to add them. So it
seems like there's been some type of change in policy/setup regarding
auto-captions on YouTube but no announcement or information about it
anywhere.
