[Athen] Free version of Window Eyes

Hi all a question came up recently and I wanted to see if this informed
group could provide input.  Does the free version of WindowEyes provide a
full screen reader experience or is it limited to the MS Office Suite?  I
have the full version and do not want to do a duplicate install if I do not
have to.
