[Athen] Adobe Forms Maker

Anyone have experience with making forms this way, who would have some time to talk to me off-line about some problems I'm having with a form I'm trying to create?  I'm having trouble with check boxes, and getting them to behave properly.  Have exhausted my Googling and internal resources at this point.
