Some Kindle books maintain the original page numbers, so a user can jump to
a specific page of the original printed version no matter what display
settings are used in the Kindle reader. If the textbooks that the student
needs access to have this feature, then in absence a solution as a
temporary workaround you could create an accessible table of contents for
them in another document (word, pdf, textfile, etc.). The student could alt
tab to the application that has the table of contents, read the page
number, then go back to the kindle app and use the go to page feature.
