No unfortunately as far as I am aware no such a solution exists. Your best
bet would be to use CART to develop the transcript but make sure that
provision of the transcript is part of the contract. Voice Recognition will
not work unless the speakers have trained the software and it is only good
for one speaker at a time. Have tried the various solutions in a highly
didactic graduate seminar and we basically burned out the other possible
systems do to input overload.
