[Athen] student computer lab use policies

I know I asked once before but didn't get the kind of responses I need.  I need student computer lab use policies - i.e., what behavior is expected of students using a campus computer lab.  This can be for a general use lab, or a specific AT-use lab.  I would like to see what others have on their policies before finalizing mine.
