[Athen] anything better than built in TTS on Surface?

I would recommend trying Balabolka, it is free and a pretty decent
electronic reader.

I have a student who is sighted and predominantly uses her Surface (1.0, not
2.0). Is there anything better besides the built-in Narrator which is more
of a screen reader than TTS engine?
