[Athen] New captioning tool for editing YouTube automatic captions...

Greetings, can you tell me the difference between this tool and the tool provided by Youtube to edit captions?  (My IT people tell me there is not a difference, but I am wondering if there is something they are missing)

A colleague just shared a resource that she recently came across.  It's a beta version and only works for YouTube videos, but could be very useful for some.  The tool is called 'nomorecraptions.com' and is designed to assist with editing the automatic captions from YouTube videos.
