[Athen] In the NEWS - Dueling LMS lawsuits

Just the beginning of a lot of this kind of thing. I have some very
unhappy clients with the usability and accessibility of the products they
have acquired. This came up this week with some students who totally
cannot use systems after mandatory upgrades.
