Specifically the language under RFP language and the compliance table. We include this on our bid template for software and systems purchased through the Office of the CIO.
As you are all probably aware, though, venders responses can vary greatly in their accuracy. Nothing replaces an expert evaluation, and we attempt to perform one for every purchase that we feel may be high risk to the University.
