A few corrections to my last email, now that it's quiet at the reference desk. Sorry I always mix up University of Pennsylvania and Penn State. (I should have said Penn State.)

Also, this isn't what you asked about, but the language of the Penn State agreement says "search engine" instead of "discovery tool". "University shall implement a search engine that is Accessible in accordance with WCAG 2.0 Level AA that can search across all Library collections, including, but not limited to, e-journals, databases and e-books". Discovery tools would be the closest thing to being able to do that, but the current discovery tool vendors don't have agreements with all the major database, ebook and e-journal vendors to be able to search them all.

HI Rachel,
University of Montana mentions libraries most in depth of the resolutions and settlements I've seen. University of Pennsylvania mentions the library too.
I think U Penn says that they agreed to get a discovery tool that searches across all databases, which is confusing since there aren't any discovery tools that do that.
University of Montana says more about training librarians about web accessibility, etc. Here are the links I have-

Hi, esteemed list.

I am looking for accessibility complaints, legal cases, etc that specifically refer to college and university library web site accessibility. I am looking at the AHEAD legal database, but thought I would reach out to all of you to see if you had readily available examples.
