[Athen] Clockwork Software and MAC

Hi Brianna,

The short answer is that the main Clockwork program (the office admin side) is not available for the Mac platform. If you want to use a Mac, you would need to have VMWare or Parallels installed.

The web interface only requires a web browser (it's platform independent) but is only the student facing interface.

So, if you need to support both the Mac and Windows platform for the office admin side, you will need a VM for your Mac users.

Take care,
Sean

I have heard a few times that their software platform doesn’t work well with a Mac on the office admin side, but is completely compatible with Macs on the student interface. Have any of you experienced issues working with Mac computers and the Clockwork software?
