[Athen] Closed Captioning of Instructional & Public Video

Dear AT Colleagues,

 

My university is looking at completing a proposal to vendors for providing
captioning for online/distance learning and public facing video. For those
of you utilizing vendors can you provide any recommendations of reputable,
dependable and easy to work with captioning companies?
