All of these companies get good reviews. It really is dependent on what you are needed. There also seem to be regional variables as well.

My university is looking at completing a proposal to vendors for providing captioning for online/distance learning and public facing video. For those of you utilizing vendors can you provide any recommendations of reputable, dependable and easy to work with captioning companies?
