[Athen] Speaking to faculty chairs

We set that in person through the assistant provost. Worked out well. That
was at the annual big faculty welcome back. I arranged speaking at the
smaller department meetings through the deans. Not to be mealy mouthed but
I always made sure to mention that I knew how tight their schedule was and
I would only take a few minutes of their time to introduce our office and
services, I mentioned that some information would make it smoother and less
stressful for faculty when they had a student with a disability in the
class..I took business cards so facutly could contact us 1:1 afterward as
needed. That wouked out well too. It was rare that a dean didn't invite me
to the departmental welcome back. Hope this helps Wink.
