Karen,

The alt text option is under the Format menu. Select the image and then click on Format and Alt text.

Thanks,
Jennifer

Hi -
Is it possible to add alt text to images in Google Slides? I can't figure out how. From googling the question, it seems like you used to be able to but cannot any longer. Is that what y'all are seeing too? Ugh. I hope I'm wrong.
While we're on the topic, any other known barriers to creating an accessible Google Slide presentation? Is reading order a problem?
Thanks,
Karen
