[Athen] Screen Reader accessible note taking applications

Good evening, ATHEN,
I'm writing to see if any of you have any ideas on a screen reader accessible note taking platform along the lines of evernote or OneNote. I'm looking for something to help me stay a bit more organized than simply saving notes in word documents.
Suggestions would be appreciated!
