[Athen] Addding Accessible Placeholders/Content to PowerPoint slides

I've just put up a new how to booklet on creating more accessible content on
PowerPoint slides by using accessible placeholders.

The document can also be found on the Microsoft Office 2013 page of the
Karlen Communications site although it does apply to all versions of Office.
I just need to link it from the other pages.
