[Athen] Media Platform and Captioning

Hi all,

We are interested in getting a University wide integrated Media platform and captioning solution. We use blackboard for LMS, so it must integrate with that. CUNY has 269,000 degree-credit students and 247,000 adult, continuing and professional education students at 24 campuses across New York City.

I'm curious if anyone has gone through this process, how they generated the RFP, made evaluations, etc.

Any help is appreciated.
