[Athen] non-technical question regarding accommodations

Actually it was more of a prompt to have a discussion related to these
automated systems. Sounds like it is working well for you, but there is
language in a couple of OCR settlements that talks about the need to have a
backup system to insure students do not fall through the cracks.
