Subject: [Athen] MathPlayer & IE enterprise help needed - STAT!

Calling all ATHEN-ites!

Help is needed STAT on a mathplayer challenge.

I have downloaded and installed the latest version of MathPlayer from Design Science (beta version). I have followed their instructions for toggling IE in and out of the Enterprise (legacy) version for voiced math. The documents have been prepared in MATHTYPE, all equations have been converted per Greg Kraus's instructions to set cut & copy preferences to MML &/or LaTex. Have also included the HTML code in each Math Type document page header for local .htm: [<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE8" />] allowing the toggle between current IE version and IE8 enterprise version.

Doing so has resulted in SPLENDID results using Central Access Reader from Central Washington Univ. However nothing works at all using IE, Firefox, any of our screen readers (NVDA or JAWS 16.0).

MathPlayer is installed but does not show up in any tool bar, and the "Speak expression" command menu does not appear in any document.

There must be a step we're leaving out in the PUBLISH TO MATH PAGE.

Can any of you help troubleshoot the steps with me? I need to make sure we have a workable workflow testing set up, plus I need to help get this set up correctly on the student's computer.

Thanks in advance.
