[Athen] Results of ATHEN Vote

Hello ATHEN members,

We have received the final results of the vote to change the ATHEN bylaws. Greater than two-thirds of the membership voted and, of those, a majority voted to approve the changes to the bylaws.

The ATHEN bylaws have now been updated and are available at:
