[Athen] skip logic in a pdf form

Just doing some quick skimming online, it looks like you can do this in Adobe FormsCentral, but that particular product has been retired. I'm thinking that you might be able to get ahold of it if you can find a standalone installer for Acrobat XI. But I honestly haven't used FormsCentral much, so I can't say with any certainty.
