[Athen] Table headings in GoogleDocs?

Hello,

I'm unclear about not using header in a table? In Word how else would you
set a heading row? I don't believe there is an option for Table or Row
heading as there is in PDF/ and HTML.

Currently I use a Heading level such as <H3> or <H4>
