[Athen] Publisher lookup site

www.publisherlookup.org<http://www.publisherlookup.org> site is indeed down. It looks like the organization has not renewed the domain. I emailed Dawn Evans at ATN early this afternoon to let her know. They/ATN had no idea it was down.
