[Athen] Questions about Braille font - Viewplus 100

We have run into a problem.  We got new computers this summer, and when the drivers were reinstalled for our Tiger (Viewplus 100), it gives us a font error.  We replaced with a different font that had the same name (from the list - we are using Adobe Illustrator).  But it's not really printing the Braille properly.  It isn't marking numbers as numbers, and won't print a negative sign.

Anyone run into this and might know what we should be checking to fix it?
