[Athen] Syllabus management software?

Hello,

I'm researching systems that can help manage accessible syllabi across campus. Ideally, I'd like to see some software that allows us to pull in as much data automatically from existing sources (e.g. course information from the catalog)

A colleague told me about a system called Concourse (http://www.intellidemia.com/). 

Are there any additional systems we should be looking at?
